• Once your place card order is purchased, your own personal designer will send an Excel spreadsheet via your email address for you to fill out.
• After you’ve submitted your guest list information, you’ll receive a proof within 2-3 business days.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of several different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The actual stock can change at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your order once it has been placed.
Our policy lasts thirty days. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product if it is unused and in the same state as the day you received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
